With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, healthcare, data center, life sciences, and institutional projects, they are known for technical excellence, safety, and long-term client relationships.Job DescriptionAs a Construction MEP Superintendent | NYC you will:Oversee all onsite MEP construction activities from rough-in through commissioning and turnover.Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Manage project schedules and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.Lead daily site operations, logistics planning, and trade coordination meetings.Review drawings, resolve field conflicts, and coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and design teams.Monitor quality control, productivity, and safety performance.Track manpower requirements and maintain progress reporting.Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and closeout of MEP systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
