Job Description

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for the construction department.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Support the team with data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist in project coordination and task follow-ups.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the construction department's objectives.
