Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of Class A office construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Resolve project challenges and implement solutions promptly.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
