Our GC client is searching for a strategic hire for a Project Manager specializing the in the Atlanta Interiors space. Both Ground Up and Active Patient Floor healthcare renovations project in the last 5-10 years in the local market are required for consideration for this job. Their jobs can range from $5M - $25M and are for top clients like Piedmont, Wellstar, Northside Hospital, and Emory. They also work in Class A Office and Higher Education renovations.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
  • Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams and foster collaboration to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare should have:
