Job Description

  • Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
  • Assist in preparing project reports and presentations.
  • Support the team in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the construction team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • A background in construction project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
