Job Description

  • Project Coordination Support Project Managers and Senior Project Coordinators throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
  • Schedule Management: Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is updated and distributed appropriately.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Quality Control: Track project progress, assist with status reporting, and help resolve administrative issues.
  • Safety Compliance: Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with company quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Commercial construction experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.
