Job Description

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project goals.
  • Oversee construction progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Identify and address potential project risks or delays, proposing solutions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Support the procurement of materials and equipment for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
