The Project Engineer will be responsible for support the Project Manager in delivering large, ground-up commercial construction projects ($20M - $200M+) while maintaining strong coordination with field teams and subcontractors.

Job Description

  • Assisting with full project lifecycle execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Supporting buyout and subcontract administration
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Tracking budgets, costs, and financial controls
  • Generating schedules and supporting contract documentation
  • Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Attending and documenting meetings, ensuring effective communication throughout the project

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred
  • +/- 1-3 years of construction industry experience
  • Ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced environments
  • Strong ownership mindset and minimal need for oversight
  • Solid understanding of RFIs, submittals, cost controls, and schedule management
  • Consistent stability and growth in previous roles
