Job Description

  • Manage all phases of Class A office construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out.
  • 3+ years of experience with $3M - $25M project sizes is required for consideration for this with a proven track record for success.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to maintain quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues proactively.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
