Job Description

  • Plan and manage Class A office construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for construction projects.
  • Resolve any on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure high-quality standards are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing Class A office interior projects valued at $5M+.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
