Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards.
  • Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
