About Our Client

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager specializing in construction to lead and oversee projects within the Commercial and Industrial space. The position is based in the Los Angeles area and focuses on ensuring the successful execution of construction-related initiatives.

Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Prepare and deliver project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project goals effectively.

A strong background in Commercial and Industrial construction and project management
