We currently own, operate, and have under construction a diverse portfolio of apartment communities across 14 states, reflecting a disciplined investment strategy and a commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term value creation.Job DescriptionConstruction Execution & Field LeadershipOversee day-to-day field operations for a large-scale multifamily project from sitework through turnoverCoordinate and supervise all onsite subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specificationDrive 3-week lookahead schedules, daily logs, and manpower trackingEnsure sequencing and coordination across trades, including structure, façade/envelope, MEPs, and finishesSchedule & Production ManagementMaintain and enforce the project schedule (36-month duration) in coordination with Project ManagementIdentify and proactively mitigate schedule risks or delaysLead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and internal field huddlesQuality ControlEnforce company quality standards across all phases of constructionCoordinate inspections, punchlists, and turnover proceduresEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codesSafety & ComplianceChampion a zero-incident safety culture on siteEnforce OSHA standards and company safety protocolsParticipate in safety meetings, audits, and reportingStakeholder CoordinationWork closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teamsInterface with local municipalities, inspectors, and third-party consultantsSupport owner/client walkthroughs and progress reportingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
