Job Description

  • Manage drywall, framing, ceiling, and interior finishing projects from award through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and project stakeholders
  • Manage procurement activities, including material purchasing and vendor relationships
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve schedule, cost, and quality challenges
  • Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and project teams
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for additional work and client growth
  • Support preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project handoffs
  • Assist with client development, relationship management, and business development initiatives
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Strong background working with a drywall, framing, acoustical ceiling, or interior finishes subcontractor
  • Experience managing commercial interior construction projects from start to finish
  • Knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, specialty finishes, and related scopes
  • Business development, account management, or client relationship experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
