Opportunity to work on some of the most exciting developments in IndyJob DescriptionThe Key Responsibilities:Approve subcontractor and vendor invoices while monitoring budgets and allocating all project costs accurately.Identify cost overruns, complete budget variance reports, and communicate issues promptly.Set up new jobs, including managing submittals, RFIs, and manpower planning.Review and adjust project schedules, process change orders, and manage T&M tickets and approvals.Attend weekly manpower meetings and coordinate material orders, equipment, and onsite resources.Support the Superintendent with onsite issues and conduct weekly site visits to review quality and production.Communicate regularly with GC superintendents and project managers to ensure quality standards and schedule goals are met.Complete monthly budget updates, cost projections, billings, quarterly workload reviews, and annual performance and goal evaluations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
