Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in construction related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
  • 10+ years of project management experience with education focused projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Having commercial/education experience.
  • Software experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline.
  • A non-jumpy candidate.
  • Experience working with IPS
  • Negotiating and relationship management skills.
  • True leadership experience managing teams.
  • Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
