Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

Bachelor's degree preferred in construction related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
10+ years of project management experience with education focused projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Having commercial/education experience.
Software experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline.
A non-jumpy candidate.
Experience working with IPS
Negotiating and relationship management skills.
True leadership experience managing teams.
Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
