Construction Project Manager - General Contractor

Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring objectives related to budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction are achieved.

• Lead all aspects of project lifecycle management from award through completion.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, contingencies, and financial reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor Critical Path Method schedules while driving subcontractor accountability.
• Administer owner and subcontract agreements, ensuring contractual compliance throughout project execution.
• Oversee procurement, requests for information, submittals, and project documentation processes.
• Partner closely with field leadership to coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders while participating in business development and project pursuits.
