Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project execution
  • Perform or assist with estimating and preconstruction activities
  • Coordinate with internal design teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication
  • Lead project teams and drive performance across all phases
  • Support design-build delivery and value engineering efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in industrial, warehouse, tilt-wall, or multifamily construction preferred
  • Exposure to ground-up construction projects
  • Experience with preconstruction/estimating strongly preferred
  • Design-build experience is a plus
  • Construction-related degree preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $110K - $155K (flexible based on experience)
  • Bonus: ~5% per project (typically $25K - $75K annually)
  • PTO: 3 weeks starting, increases annually
  • ESOP: 20-30% long-term ownership participation
  • Sabbatical: After 5 years + $5,000 stipend
