Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of municipal construction projects, from planning through project closeout
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with municipalities, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Lead project meetings and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Manage procurement processes and subcontractor performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum
  • Uphold strict safety protocols and ensure quality standards are consistently met

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects, with municipal experience strongly preferred
  • Strong tenures individual with no more then 3 companies within tenure
  • Strong understanding of public-sector regulations and permitting processes
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
