Job Description

  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings while driving quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to lead projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project financials
  • Healthcare and/or K-12 project experience is highly preferred
  • Collaborative communicator with a self-starter mentality and strong leadership skills
