Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting and planning
  • Maintain client relationships, particularly in institutional sectors
  • Coordinate with internal teams including field staff and leadership
  • Utilize tools like Procore and Viewpoint for project tracking
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience with higher education, K-12, or institutional projects preferred
  • Background in CMAR or negotiated work environments
  • Experience supporting preconstruction/estimating efforts
  • Proficiency with Procore (required) and budgeting systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Local to Greenville, SC (required)
