Job Description

* Lead restoration and masonry projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

* Coordinate teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.

* Oversee project documentation, reporting, and contract administration.

* Collaborate with field operations and leadership to drive successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 3-10 years of Project Management experience in construction.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction-related education.

* Restoration and masonry project experience required.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Team-oriented professional with a growth mindset.
