Teams are empowered with strong preconstruction support, cutting-edge technology, and leadership that values transparency, collaboration, and craftsmanship.Job DescriptionLead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk-management strategies.Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, contract administration, change management, and reporting.Direct project engineers, superintendents, trade partners, consultants, and specialty vendors.Drive safety excellence and ensure compliance with site, client, and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, trade partners, and stakeholders.Coordinate critical MEP systems, commissioning activities, integrated systems testing, and turnover processes.Lead project meetings and provide executive-level updates regarding project status, risks, and performance metrics.Ensure quality standards are achieved across all phases of the project.Resolve complex technical, commercial, and operational challenges while maintaining project objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
