Job Description

  • Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk-management strategies.
  • Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, contract administration, change management, and reporting.
  • Direct project engineers, superintendents, trade partners, consultants, and specialty vendors.
  • Drive safety excellence and ensure compliance with site, client, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, trade partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate critical MEP systems, commissioning activities, integrated systems testing, and turnover processes.
  • Lead project meetings and provide executive-level updates regarding project status, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure quality standards are achieved across all phases of the project.
  • Resolve complex technical, commercial, and operational challenges while maintaining project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large scale mission critical data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Experience managing projects exceeding $100M in value.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software platforms and scheduling tools.
