Construction Project Manager II - Nashville, Tennessee

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources for construction projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
