Job Description

* Lead end-to-end delivery of projects valued at $5M-$20M

* Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and cost forecasting

* Coordinate field teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery

* Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle

* Support business development through client presentations and interviews

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 9+ years' experience in commercial construction project management

* Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred

* Experience in healthcare, industrial, K‑12, or higher education projects

* Strong communication skills with owners and trade partners

* Proactive leader with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach
