About Our Client

Michael Page is hiring for a Construction Project Manager role within the business services industry, based in Detroit.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of industrial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
