Job Description

  • Lead all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or delays during the construction process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
