Construction Project Manager - Light Industrial

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure successful execution.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
