Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the medical, retail, and industrial space.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor on-site progress and address issues as they arise, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of timelines and goals.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with project specifications and client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve potential project risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
