• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to align with project requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor on-site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Resolve any challenges or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure quality control throughout the construction process to meet client expectations.
