Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
