This widely growing GC in the Miami, FL area has been in business for over 30 years. They target projects in the commercial construction space, earning and maintaining an award-winning portfolio. With a growing pipeline of projects carrying them into 2024 they are looking to grow their talented team through the addition of a commercial Project Manager.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction and site development through project closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with internal and external teams
  • Drive successful project execution while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction projects
  • Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued up to $70M
  • Experience with healthcare, medical, education, or institutional construction
  • Strong understanding of tilt-wall/tilt-up construction
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects with limited oversight
  • Local knowledge and ties to the Miami-Dade market preferred
  • Experience with CM at Risk delivery methods is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
