Job Description

  • Manage 2-4 concurrent construction projects at various stages of completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Utilize Procore for project management, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Support procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Work closely with Operations leadership and fellow Project Managers

The Successful Applicant

  • Project Manager experience preferred; strong Assistant Project Managers will be considered
  • Experience managing commercial, multifamily, education, or light industrial projects
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Procore is required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
  • Stable work history and strong professional presence
  • Ability to work onsite from the Mooresville office
