The Project Manager is responsible for leading ground-up garden-style multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This local role oversees budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Ensure all construction activities align with local regulations and building codes.
