Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the Multifamily and Senior Living space.

Job Description

  • Lead multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project phases.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Construction Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
