Job Description

  • Manage all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are obtained and maintained throughout the project.
  • Lead project teams and foster effective communication among all parties involved.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
