Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to financial and scheduling goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Supervise on-site personnel and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
