Our client is an established commercial construction firm that has been serving clients throughout the Nashville and Middle Tennessee market for more than 30 years. Specializing in Commercial General Contracting, Construction Management, Owner's Representative Services, and Design-Build delivery, the company has successfully completed hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial construction projects spanning renovations, tenant improvements, additions, and ground-up developments.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the site.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as required.
