Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and manage project documentation effectively.
