Job Description

    • Manage large-scale public construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
    • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance
    • Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
    • Ensure compliance with public agency requirements and project specifications
    • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget goals
    • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and agency representatives
    • Collaborate closely with Superintendents and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    • Proven experience managing NYC public building projects valued at $20M+
    • Experience working with agencies such as NYC Health + Hospitals, DDC, DASNY, DSNY, MTA, SCA, or similar public entities
    • Strong background in healthcare, institutional, municipal, or government construction
    • Exceptional knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost controls
    • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
    • Ability to successfully manage complex, multi-stakeholder construction projects
