Job Description

* Manage project lifecycle from kickoff through closeout

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field execution

* Track budgets, schedules, and procurement timelines

* Communicate with clients, architects, and internal team

* Support estimating and preconstruction as needed

The Successful Applicant

* 2-5 years of construction experience (APM/PM level)

* Experience in luxury retail or high-end interiors

* Strong organization and ability to work independently

* Willingness to travel periodically to project sites

* Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
