Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential risks or issues to ensure project success.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Review and approve project budgets, invoices, and change orders.
