Job Description

  • Manage multiple construction projects, including retail, restaurant, office, and healthcare spaces.
  • Oversee Class A interiors, finish-outs, and light industrial projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to align with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all times.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Drive quality assurance efforts to deliver high-caliber construction outcomes.
