• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Supervise and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any challenges or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Control project budgets and costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to key stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to plans.
