Our client, a mid-sized General Contracting firm located in St. Louis, is looking to add a talented Project Manager to their growing team! The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing on behalf of the client to successfully complete quality projects on time and within budget.

This client likes to promote from within so there is opportunity for quick growth in this position. Average projects range from $8M-$20M.

Job Description

  • Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project demands.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of construction industry experience
  • Must have GC experience
  • Experience managing projects from $15M-$40M in value
  • General estimating knowledge
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs
