Construction Project Manager - Tulsa, OK

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while addressing any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and financial summaries to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members.
