Job Description

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead project strategy, client engagement, and execution across major commercial builds, reporting into senior leadership. Your work will directly shape operational success and project outcomes.

  • Champion and embed a strong safety culture across all phases of work
  • Lead client communication, serving as the primary interface and project representative
  • Co‑develop pursuit strategies with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee change management and risk mitigation processes
  • Build and execute project staffing plans and execution plans
  • Manage large, complex, and/or multiple concurrent projects
  • Support negotiation and finalisation of client contracts

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years of construction industry experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $75M
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
  • Ability to develop teams and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Proficiency with project scheduling, document control systems, and Microsoft Office
  • OSHA 30‑Hour and First Aid/CPR certified
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments
