Job Description

In this, Building and Construction. Construction Project Manager role you will

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout phases.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
