Job Description

As a Project Manager - Commercial Construction, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Manage budgets, schedules, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance with high accuracy
  • Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme, safety, and quality targets are achieved
  • Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal benchmarks
  • Partner closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases
  • Mentor and develop junior team members including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Commercial Construction role, we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience delivering commercial construction projects valued at $10M+
  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycle including base build elements (MEP, life safety, vertical transportation, etc.)
  • Strong leadership experience managing site and project teams
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and other industry tools
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel periodically to support project needs
