Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop project budgets, timelines, and schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
